THRev Loyalty Companion privacy notice

Last updated 21 October 2026. This Chrome extension is for authorized TH District hotel staff. It helps staff compare a reservation shown in THRev with a THD loyalty member, then confirm the guest's check-in or checkout in THD.

Information used

When staff open a reservation and press the read buttons, the extension reads the visible booking reference, guest name, contact details, date of birth when available, stay dates, room, booking channel, room type, and displayed amounts from the permitted THRev pages. It reads the PMS property name and stable URL identifier to identify the hotel. Staff can search THD members and review membership, tier, and stay status. Staff enter and confirm final net amounts at checkout.

Where the information goes

The extension sends staff-initiated member searches, check-in, and checkout requests only to the THD loyalty service at member.s-thd.com using the staff member's existing THD admin session. THD stores confirmed stay and loyalty records under its normal hotel operations. The extension does not sell guest information or use it for advertising.

Storage and access

Reservation fields and the request token stay in the extension panel's memory and are cleared when that panel is reloaded or closed. Chrome session storage holds only the ID of a THD admin browser tab to help reuse the signed-in session. The extension does not store a password, PIN, guest record, or access token in Chrome storage. It requests access only to THRev's Stay View and reservation frame and the THD loyalty site.

Limited use

Information obtained through Chrome permissions is used only to provide and improve the extension's stated hotel check-in and checkout function. It is transferred only where needed for that function, for security, or where required by law. It is not used for personalized advertising. Human access to guest data is limited to authorized hotel staff performing their duties and necessary support or security work.
